Zoobies Blanket Pets

Stuffed animals have always been apart of my life. When I was a little girl I took my stuffed animals everywhere I went. I considered my stuffed animals my best friend, my pillow, and my favorite toy. When I was happy, sad, or angry my stuffed animal was there for me. My stuffed animal was my comfort. I remember the games we use to play together. Those were the days. I still have a good majority of my stuffed animals I collected as a little girl. I’m thankful my parents had them at their house last year. I wouldn’t have them anymore if that wasn’t the case.  Every child, no matter the gender, should have a stuffed animal companion. There is something about the super cuddly, fluffy being makes the stuffed animal a childhood staple.

Another childhood staple is the blanket. Do you remember your favorite blanket when you were growing up? Like the stuffed animal the blanket would go everywhere my stuffed animal was. My blanket could become so many things including my super woman cape and my own personal camping tent.

My stuffed animals and my blanket created some of my favorite childhood memories. I want my son to experience the same joys I had as a little girl. Maybe he’ll one day reminisce to his children about his favorite memory.   I hope one his favorite memory will be with Zoobie’s Bubba the Black Bear. Leo loved his Bubba the Bear. I took a couple photos of him “meeting” Bubba.

When I began to unzip Bubba  the pillow form of him reminded me of those bear blankets I’ve seen in one of my relative’s homes when I was young.

Leo loved rolling around on the black blanket. The blanket color  made his toys really “pop” which made it easier for Leo to see his toys. Leo even inaugurated Bubba the Bear by teething on him.
