Hello everyone! I’m on week 3 of Nutrisystem. I apologize for the later than usual posting. I usually write my update earlier in the day but I slept in because Leo had another all nighter and then we went to a birthday party. Leo’s been pretty sick the last couple of weeks. We originally thought it was his reflux medication simply not being tolerated anymore but it turns out he has a pretty nasty ear infection. So that’s what I’ve been dealing with the last week. I have been literally trying to juggle a sick baby while sticking on the Nutrisystem diet. My problem hasn’t been eating the meals. My problem has been finding time to eat. There are days where I have slept in until noon. When I wake up that late I have to re-do my eating schedule. With the Nutrisystem Women’s SUCCESS Select Plan they encourage you to eat generally every 2 hours from breakfast to dessert. I have 3 meals, two snacks, and a dessert. There have been a couple times this past week where I forgot to fit in my morning or afternoon snack. Leo is starting to get better though and I’ve been able to follow the the “T” again. Another thing that I struggled with is getting to the gym. I only got to visit the gym 3 times this week. I’m a bit disappointed in that. I really love going to the gym now. I’ve been making sure I am active every day to make up for the lack of gym time.
Even with how sporadic my eating schedule has been I had another week of weight loss! I lost a total of 5.4 pounds this week making my total weight loss to date 15.4 pounds. Holy smokes! I’m 4.6 pounds away from another Nutribear and I’m a little over halfway to 30 pounds lost. I don’t understand how I lost so much weight this week without going to the gym as much but I’ll take it!
Next week is my week 4 weigh in. Expect not only a weigh in but also measurements & new photos. Given I have gone down 3 cup sizes in my chest I am very excited for what my overall measurements are.

It can be so hard to get the exercise in when there are sick kids in the house. You should be proud that you went the three times!
