Milk Unleashed Prize Pack! (Ends 9/10)

Can you believe school is already back in session? The Pickle started second grade a few weeks ago.  In my local mommy group things are starting to pick up as well. Story time at our local public library is going again and in November there will toddler time. Because Leo is getting older I’m able to start taking him to different places he might enjoy. There are also numerous homecoming festivals, fall festivals, parades, and various local events going on. If we planned everything perfectly we could have something going every week. My friends weren’t kidding about time flying when you’re a parent. There’s always something to do!

With how busy fall is, it can be difficult to remember making sure the entire family gets essential nutrients. Milk has essential vitamins & minerals kids especially need. Worried about the fat content? Anyone after 2 years of age can easily switch to skim, 1%, or 2% milk. Unfortunately there is huge problem with milk: it needs to be cold. Milk has always been a beverage needing refrigeration in order to keep it from spoiling.  While I was growing up the only way I could have milk with my packed school lunches was if I purchased a small carton at the school cafeteria. It’s 2012. Shouldn’t there be a way to store milk without refrigeration?

Actually, there is a way. There’s been a way to have shelf stable milk since the 1960s. Meet Milk Unleashed. Milk Unleashed has made it possible for milk being stored without refrigeration using Tetra Packs. You have probably used a Tetra Pack before.  Many products such as juices, soymilk, chicken broth, and protein shakes on shelves use a Tetra Pack. Still not convinced?
