I’ve raved about Me Two You’s mission before but I feel the need to rave about them and their mission to give a blanket to every orphaned child when you purchase a blanket again. On June 25th, 2012 Me Two You made a big announcement! Keep reading.

Me Two You has partnered with Half the Sky in a campaign to provide 500 blankets to an orphaned child in China. The campaign is called 500 Blankets to China Challenge.  Every blanket purchased from Me Two You Blankets on Half the Sky’s Online Store blanket or at the Me Two You website will be given to an orphan child in China. There will also be a $10 donation made to Half the Sky for each blanket purchased.

Half the Sky helps orphaned children in China receive loving, family-like care. Positive attention is vital to a child’s growth and with the help of Half the Sky that is happening in China. Since its beginnings in 1998, Half the Sky now has 52 program sites across China. They have helped well over 6,000 orphaned children since Half the Sky was born.
