It has been such an exhausting week. I am ready for the weekend! This is the first time we’ve had The Pickle for longer two days, and I like to think I’ve been doing a pretty good job with Leo and The Pickle when my husband is at work. I hope so at least. There are so many challenges I have faced this week. I had to learn to pick & choose my battles – especially since the rules in our house are completely different from where The Pickle lives. I have enjoyed having him over. It’s been so nice to see the brothers truly bond together. I only hope Leo won’t be too upset when The Pickle returns home on Monday.
There was free kids event today which we took The Pickle too. It was a juggler from Kansas City, MO.
The program lasted for about an hour, and the guy did a wonderful job with the kids. Ian enjoyed the show thoroughly.
I love living in the place we decided to move to after we lost everything in the tornado. We live in an area full of parks, and very kid oriented. I would love for Leo to go to school here when he grows up. Maybe, in a way, the tornado helped us. Is that possible?
