I wonder how I look on TV.

Happy Monday! I didn’t post a blog yesterday because I posted a couple on Sunday. That sounds like a better excuse than because I was so scared of the weather I was watching the radar like a hawk all day, right?

Tonight my interview on a local news channel is airing. I’m quite nervous at  how I look, how I sound, and what I said at the time. If this is your first time reading my blog I’d recommend reading the About page to get an idea of what happened to me on May 22nd, 2011.  I think it’s going to be on either at 9:00PM or 10:00PM Central Time so if you want to watch it go here. It will be live streaming. I might be tweeting live while it’s airing.  I felt pretty awkward doing the interview because I don’t believe I am that important to have a news story on but on the other hand I want to get the word out to help people in traumatic situations get the help they need. I guess this is a plus since this will be my son’s first video of him.  I found out a couple new things when I met with the firefighters who saved my life.  For example: I was apparently close to drowning with all the water in the produce cooler.  I felt awful because the firefighters who I reunited with remembered me perfectly. I couldn’t remember them.  I have a hard time remembering the faces. I’ll let you all know tomorrow what my reaction is to the interview. I’m a plus size girl so here’s to hoping I don’t look too horrible.

Speaking of being plus size: I’m going to be creating a I’ve been watching what I’ve been eating so I’ve started to lose some weight, but I want to give myself more motivation by posting  horrible pictures of me on my blog. My husband is going to join as well. He even agreed in letting me post pictures of him on here. We’re going to do it the old fashioned way: lifestyle change & exercise. It’s going to be difficult for me because my injuries so I’m going to be doing what I call “babycise.” Next week I will get pictures posted so be prepared.

In between social media, taking care of my son, taking care of the house, and maintaining my blog I like to play games. Kairosoft’s Pocket Academy came to Android a few days ago. Like every other Kairosoft game I see myself wasting way too many hours on it.

Tomorrow’s blog is going to be a vlog. Remember the product I got to sample a while back? I’m posting the review in two parts. One is going to be a vlog, and the other will be a blog. That rhymed. How cute.
